[June 2015] The advanced Agile course – Mastering Agile/Scrum Project Management – was completed early this month by 30 project managers and team leaders. This 30-hour training course consists of self-study and an online entrance exam (20%), theory explanation (30%), group discussion on case study (30%), and experience-sharing and Q&A in Agile practices (20%).It is the upgraded course from the standard Agile/Scrum project management training program which is based on PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).In the last 2 years, nearly 100 project managers and team leaders have finished the course and earned the MAPM certification (internal Scrum/Agile project management certification), which recognizes their knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and tools and techniques across Agile methodologies.
TMA adopted the Agile methodology in 2007 by customizing Agile for an offshore model. TMA has sponsored many events to promote Agile in Vietnam, including Agile Tour 2011 to 2014. TMA’s Agile trainers have attended various conferences to share their experience and help other companies to adopt Agile methods and enhance their project management efficiency.
