Hundreds of TMA software engineers joined the Terry Fox Run 2015 in Hochiminh City on November 29th. This was the 19th year that the event was held in Viet Nam, and the 18th year that TMA participated in the run, raising funds for cancer research and treatment activities.
The team, together with their sweethearts, spouses, and kids, gathered early in the morning and shared the exciting atmosphere with thousands of other participants in the city. Everyone finished the 5-km course happy to have participated in raising money for such a great cause.
During the event, many TMA members shared the same feelings: “Instead of lazily sleeping and snoring the morning away on such a beautiful Sunday, I’d prefer to wake up early, ride the extra-long way*, and join this meaningful event. It’s always great to be able to do something good for society.”
(*): The Terry Fox Run took place in District 7, around 20km away from TMA tower. With most TMA employees living near the company, it was a long way to the event.
