A director of a technology and IT services group in Vietnam said
that the demand for AI personnel in IT businesses will continue to increase in
the future.
AI has had a positive
impact on all the important areas in life. Reports from an IT recruitment
company show that in Vietnam, the salary of artificial intelligence engineers
is up to $22,000, equivalent to more than 510 million VND / year. This is the
highest salary in the field of IT. Industry experts predict that in the next 5
to 10 years, AI will grow to its peak.
High salaries show that the career potential and human
resource needs in the field of AI in Vietnam. The demand for AI personnel in IT businesses will continue to increase
in the future - the director of the group said.
According to the director, the group now focuses on
Data & Analytics. To conduct data analysis, make predictions based on the
results of methodical analysis, the group focuses on the stage of building the
system of collecting, managing, analyzing data and protecting information
security throughout the data life cycle. AI is the key tool in this process.
Another enterprise in the field of AI also shared
about the current situation of scarce manpower. The founder of the start-up
enterprise said that the company is focusing on big data processing technology
(Big Data) and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and this is a
golden time to do start-ups on AI in Vietnam.
The founder said the company is developing 11
different start-up projects focusing on AI - Big Data applications. However,
the recruitment of manpower for these projects is difficult due to the new
field. “AI personnel is scarce. The company now accepts first-year students for
both training and practical work. It takes a long time to develop into an
independent workforce", shared by the founder.
With the
highest demand for AI personnel, businesses have taken many steps to develop
personnel, serving existing potential projects. One of them is to actively
cooperate with AI training units to prepare quality personnel for their
businesses.
For young
people wishing to pursue IT in general and artificial intelligence in
particular, the director shared: "In general, with technologies like AI,

have in hand, how the data quality, then choose an AI approach. From a
